La Quadrature du Net was an unincorporated organisation from March 2008 to January 2013. Its spendings and revenues went through the Fund for Defense of Net Neutrality (FDN²) which operated as a funding organisation. Since 1st February 2013, La Quadrature du Net is an organisation according the 1901 French Law and has been recognised of general interest (although our tax refund request was rejected). Some spendings and revenues kept going through FDN² until January 2015. We present here our consolidated accounts.

Un mot sur la situation de trésorerie de La Quadrature du Net : suite à une campagne de dons exceptionnelle fin 2014, et au versement d'une partie du financement de l'OSF, notre trésorerie début 2015 est stable et assurée, avec 196 000 € sur le compte. L'ensemble des dons récurrents et ponctuels représentant près de 18 000 € par mois, tout cela assure une bonne partie du financement pour 2015. Grâce à ces dons individuels réguliers, 67% de notre budget est ainsi assuré. Les dépenses pour 2016 sont assez similaires à celles de 2015. Campaigns:

The spending on the effective functioning of the campaigns are, aside salaries, everything on the organisation of workshops, actions, travels in France and Europe... The campaigns can be awareness campaigns, mobilisation campaigns, grassroot actions in Paris, Brussels or elsewhere in Europe.

Analysis

The analysis is the corner stone of the actions of La Quadrature du Net. The analysis department work on French and EU laws that will be used in our future mobilisations. Our legal team work also with the board in creating proposals on the themes of La Quadrature du Net.

Tools

The mobilisation tools of La Quadrature du Net such as the Piphone, Memopol or RespectMyNet are essential for the participation and the mobilisation. The spendings are essentially the salaries and the organisation of workshops.

Logistic

Here are all the logistic spendings (rent, general spending, equipment, insurance...) as well as the salaries of the persons in charge of the good operation of the organisation.

Communication

This part concerns all involved in the development and the production of visual communication such as the salaries of the designer, stickers...
